note that LILEA concentrates on breeding dogs with a good
temerament, not a specific type of coat. Even though we have
divided our website into a smooth and wire
section, to accomodate the needs of people wanting to adopt
specific hair types, LILEA has to stress that the following:
The wire 'gene' resides in all of these dogs - a litter therefore
consists of wire and smooth puppies. Although we have experience to
make a REAL good guess as to the the coat type of a six week old puppie
(when adopted) the real nature of the coats are only revealed at 4
to 8 months. When acquiring a puppy form LILEA please know that the
coat type is no guarantee! |

main stud, a real charmer and a delight to own. Defenitely my favourite,

He breeds excellent with my more active females and carries the broken
coat gene from his fathers side. |
